Getting Started
How do I sign up?
Download the Playdate app from the App Store or Google Play Store, create an account with your email, complete your profile with your sport preferences and skill levels, and start browsing games!
Is Playdate free to use?
Creating an account and browsing games is completely free. You only pay when you book a match or game, and the price varies depending on the venue, duration, and sport.
Do I need to be verified?
Yes, we verify all users to maintain a safe and trustworthy community. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours after you submit your profile information.
Bookings and Payments
How do I book a match?
Browse available games in the app, select the one that fits your schedule and skill level, tap "Join Game", and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation and all match details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking through the app. Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel. See our Refund Policy for full details.
During the Game
What should I bring to the game?
Bring appropriate sportswear, your own equipment (if required), water, and a positive attitude! Check the match details for any specific requirements.
What if I'm running late?
Please notify other players through the in-app chat if you're running late. However, games typically start on time, so try to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
What if there's a dispute or issue?
Contact our support team immediately through the app or email. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
