By accessing or using Playdate's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Playdate. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a match or game through Playdate:

  • Payment is required to confirm your booking
  • Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Cancellation and refund policies apply as stated at the time of booking
  • You are responsible for arriving on time and following venue rules

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Playdate, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Playdate or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Playdate provides a platform to connect players. We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct or actions of other users
  • Injuries or accidents during games
  • Venue conditions or facilities
  • Loss or damage to personal property

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
